Goal: To streamline the commercial parking experience with advanced IoT services and product.
Process: Working cross-functionally with industrial and UX designers and computer science interns, design ideation, evolving lo-fi to high-fi wireframes, final Figma parking app prototype working in conjunction with sensors and gates.
Impact: Project gained a lot of interest due to the emphasis on IoT, a sector that Chamberlain had been expanding into. With IoT, the user journey in parking garages can be much faster and seamless.
